1. Scope
This policy explains the data processed by the SUBSCR. mobile application when providing subscription, expense and email receipt analysis features.
2. Data we process
For accounts connected by the user, SUBSCR. may process the email address, message subject, sender, date, limited message content relevant to a financial transaction, merchant or platform name, amount, currency, transaction status and category. The application is not designed to retain advertisements, personal correspondence or messages unrelated to financial activity as financial records.
3. Use of Google user data
Access to a Google account is used only for connection and scanning actions explicitly initiated by the user. SUBSCR. processes Google user data to identify subscriptions, purchases, refunds, failed payments and other financial notifications and present a personal financial overview to that user.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or shared with unrelated third parties. SUBSCR.'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Permissions
The application requests only the read access necessary for its features. It does not send, modify or delete email. Users can revoke access through Google Account security settings or disconnect an account within SUBSCR.
5. Retention and security
Account connection information and refresh tokens are encrypted on the server. Financial records are associated only with the relevant user identity. Disconnecting an account initiates deletion of the corresponding connection information.
6. User controls
Users can disconnect an account, manage generated records in the application and revoke Google permissions from the Google Account permissions page.
7. Children's privacy
SUBSCR. is not directed to children and does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.
8. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated to reflect product or legal changes. Privacy requests can be submitted through the developer support contact displayed in the application store listing and on the Google OAuth consent screen.
